Q: What is an N-Durance™ Air Knife?
Our N-Durance™ Air Knife is a precision-engineered device that delivers a high-velocity, uniform sheet of air. It’s designed for drying, cooling, or cleaning surfaces in industrial environments, using quiet, efficient laminar flow.
Q: What’s the difference between aluminum, 304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel models?
Aluminum: Lightweight and cost-effective for general use
304 Stainless Steel: Built for high temperatures (up to 205°C or 401°F)
316L Stainless Steel: Corrosion-resistant for marine, washdown, or chemical exposure
Q: Can I use your air knives with my existing compressed air system?
Yes. All air knives are compatible with standard 1/4" NPT connections. Pressure regulators and filters are available to optimize integration.
Q: Do you offer custom lengths?
Yes. Standard lengths range from 2" to 54", but we also offer custom-cut lengths on request. Contact us with your specifications.
Q: Are your accessories sold separately?
Yes. All accessories (filter, regulator, mounting kits, shims) are available as add-ons or as part of bundled product listings.

Q: Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from our facility in Ontario, Canada.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. If your country is not available on the website, contact us and we will try our best to fulfill your orders on request. Customs and duties may apply outside Canada.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
In-stock products: 1-3 business days
Custom lengths/configurations: 7-10 business days

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, standard products. Custom-length or modified items are non-refundable. See our full Returns Policy for details.

APPLICATION-SPECIFIC
Q: Can I use Aireacle air knives to blow off powders or dust?
Yes. N-Durance™ Air Knives are ideal for removing fine particles like powder, dust, and chips from surfaces. Proper spacing, angle, and pressure are key. Contact us for application-specific recommendations.
Q: What’s the ideal distance between the air knife and the target surface?
Typical mounting distance is 6" to 12" from the surface, but this varies by length, pressure, and application. We recommend testing under real conditions or consulting our team for guidance.
Q: Are your air knives safe for use in food and beverage environments?
Yes, our 316L stainless steel models are suitable for corrosive and washdown conditions. Always confirm with your plant’s sanitation standards.
Q: Can I use your air knives for cooling hot parts or surfaces?
Yes. Our 304 and 316L stainless steel models are rated for high temperatures (up to 205°C or 401°F) and are commonly used to cool freshly moulded or machined parts.

Q: Do you provide mounting kits?

Q: Do you have installation guides or spec sheets?

Q: Can I mount the air knife horizontally or vertically?
Yes. All models are designed for flexible orientation and feature slotted mounting channels or optional brackets for secure positioning.
Q: What compressed air supply do I need?
Most air knives operate efficiently at 60-100 PSI. Ensure your system has a clean, dry, and regulated air source. We offer filter and regulator kits to simplify setup.

Q: Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
Yes. Qualified distributors may be eligible for volume discounts, extended terms, and exclusive configurations.

Q: Can I use your product branding (e.g., N-Durance™)?

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product type and customization level.
For standard products with basic labeling, the MOQ typically starts at 100 units.
For fully custom configurations, we’ll confirm MOQs during the quoting process.
Q: Can we apply our own branding to the products?
Yes. We offer multiple levels of branding:
